I guess I’m just gonna make a thread of useful gamedev stuff I want to look at when I’m at a computer ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Here's something a little different for #ScreenshotSaturday, a quick look at my custom #GodotEngine plugin for managing unit actions, with the mage as an example.

Left column are the relative cells to attack, right is the cell to click to activate, and above is the rule for when it's valid.
“Hey man, are you depressed?”
“idk, I just keep waking up with Bookend (One More Final’s version) from UNBEATABLE stuck in my head.”
“So,,,, is that a yes?”

another ICE grab from within our Portland Catholic community. Evelyn is a high school student whose father was assaulted and abducted while she was in the car. My parents have dear friends who know the family and asked for help spreading the word. Please donate and boost if you can 💕

A lot of people talk about how their bsky experience sucks; stop following people who put Will Stancil in your timeline and follow more people who put bunnies in your timeline, I don't know what to tell you.
no phone, only bunny

“Do you know how to read?”
“No. It is one of the black arts.”
He nodded. “But a useful one,” he said.

33 y.o. man with music major parents finally perceives(reads) Ragtime:

So this was here in Toy Story the whole time as a bit for the cultured adults?
woody and buzz lightyear from toy story are standing next to each other and talking .
Alt: Buzz Lightyear sits in drag while missing an arm and yells “I am MISSUS NESBIT!” to Woody, who stands back, shocked by the impropriety of it all.

I have yet to find the gross soda in Wisconsin because Sprechers rules
Every state in the United States has a disgusting soda that only they know about and that’s kind of beautiful

You will die. You will not live forever. Nor will any man nor any thing. Nothing is immortal. But only to us is it given to know that we must die. And that is a great gift: the gift of selfhood. For we have only what we know we must lose, what we are willing to lose.

Look, lotsa people do the “1970 was 30 years ago” bit. But maybe that was the real Y2K crash; anyone with working memory at the time, their internal clock busted.

Today I am once again making loads of new Bluesky friends by insisting on one of my most sincerely held beliefs that makes way too many people fucking furious: that teenagers are autonomous beings who are not their parents' property and who possess independent volition and interiority

I am unironically fascinated by this dialogue in a game, “She likes you. Like, like-likes you.”
Language is so funny because 4/7 of those words are the word “like.” And yet it has such specific meaning that we all understand without context. I must know of similar phenomenon in other languages.

Ghost is still dealing with pretty debilitating mystery GI issues and a loss of benefits due to the Trump administration. Anything helps!
Screenshot Update. All I want for Christmas is $448.16. I've managed to get groceries, and keep my phone on. Technically I won't get charged the overdue until the 27th, even if I don't make all the scheduled payments.

Would you really like to live in a society where you have no responsibility and no freedom, no choice, only the false option of obedience to the law, or disobedience followed by punishment? Would you really want to go live in a prison?
