At the moment I need help dealing with the overdrafts, $32 to turn my phone on, money for paratransit fare, possibly purchasing a medication I need that Medicare/Medicaid refused to cover. I also need cleaning supplies for my apartment and more quarters to do more laundry.

So like I'm not lying about being sick and I'm not lying about being disabled but the issue with the social security office can only be fixed in person for some reason and I am too sick to go. Luckily my medical needs are mostly covered at the moment. But I need some other things.

At the moment, I'm surviving on the small loans and overdrafts and donations, both of money and items. I was recently in the emergency room. I can't quite describe what's going on medically because I don't understand everything but @jblainefoster.bsky.social has looked at a lot of my medical chart.

My gallbladder was doing something a little weird but not something concerning. I possibly might have had pancreatitis.

My spinal condition that doesn't technically have a name in my record has not progressed. But they keep throwing around ankylosing spondylitis so yeah.

There didn't seem to be anything noticeable in my intestines and my appendix is fine. I think I might have been ovulating but there was no sign of a cyst because it was only one follicle. Or if there had been a cyst that was causing the abdominal pain and it already popped.

I probably had a lung infection at some point between May and now because the scan of my chest showed something new but it's not an active infection. it's like scar tissue.

A bunch of my organs are fine at the moment, I do have fatty liver but a lot of people have fatty liver so I'm not concerned.

It's a lot and they can probably explain better than I can but from what I understand we don't know what made me puke or why I am still having gut problems.

I desperately needed to order fresh groceries and I just woke up from a really long nap and now there's horrible wind and my groceries are set to arrive in less than an hour so I can't cancel the order and now I feel guilty.

Because I was using food stamps I wasn't given the option to tip. 😞
