We need more people in the animation space calling out the deranged nutcases that stalk and harass people. I've known that one of these nutballs (Anthony Crudo) has been doing this for quite a long time. The fact the wider public doesn't know about this is sad.
A Twitter post by the user BlackGeekyGirl (@GeekyBlackGirl) that shows the harassment she got from a user by the name of Anthony Crudo. The Tweet goes as follows: "Uhhh...I just so happen to check my email and receive this strange message from an Anthony Crudo I have no idea who this guy is but apparently he tagged anyone in the animation community who follows Katie Rice" Derrick Malik Johnson's post about Anthony Crudo, which shows that the stalker uses multiple emails to harass industry animators. Some of the replies are shown to show how many people have been contacted by that clown. A post by Tanisha that documents her experience with Anthony Crudo, which also shows some of the replies that show more people's experiences with him. A Twitter thread by Luke W. that shows how deranged this Anthony Crudo guy is, which goes as follows "Okay this is the third strange email I've gotten from @/manlyburger, I'm tired of getting this shit, he's accused me of super weird shit like doxxing him but I've no idea who this guy is, I keep trying to block him and it doesn't work. I really don't know what to do, this guy is... seriously unhinged and not mentally well, I'm not sure what to do. I know other people have been targeted by him as well. This looks like a bunch of nonsense but this guy believes conversion camps should be mandatory and that he won't stop targeting me until he gets what he wants."

3 years ago today, Riot Games offered me a job making more money than I ever thought I’d make in my life. I had 19 interviews over 2.5 months to get it. Partner and I were moving to LA for it. I put in notice at my job and apartment.

2 weeks later they rescinded the offer due to “headcount issues”.

There's a new setting in Settings: Privacy & Security.

Scroll aaaaaaaalll the way to the bottom and you'll see "Text and Image Generation."

TURN IT OFF.
