Last year I traveled all the way to rural Vietnam to officiate a friend's wedding. It was a beautiful ceremony that mixed cultures and language, and was a celebration of the best of humanity.

It's not just feels it's rules, you can't change it with out rewriting the core rule of commander. Are you aware of how many (very smart) people and how much time was spent to just have your commander dying trigger death triggers?

In my mind, there's a gaming table in the afterlife, filled with friends I lost too soon, playing and waiting for me to roll up a PC, then take a turn running a campaign.

Thinking about ECS data structures. Z order compact quadtree table = bitshifts + tzcnt for fast queries. Component columns stored as two lists, data + kvp of row+column hash and delta offset.
Queries return entities + component deltas for iteration.
Systems return mutations + hotloop priority num.
