I think you're absolutely right but when I think about who's seeing it, it's mostly Nazis. Unless the Instagram and Facebook algos are serving this up to normal people from the DHS account (and I suspect they're not) most people have no idea they're doing this. It's not covered on network news, etc

Under the proposed rule issued by the Trump Administration today, any Medicare- or Medicaid-participating hospital would be barred from providing gender-affirming care to *any child*, even if the care is not paid for by Medicare or Medicaid.
