It’s bad enough losing our trust in our own humanity through AI in art, but my biggest fear is the growing use of it in clinical diagnostics, and all the built-in racial, cultural, and sex bias mindlessly prompted into it. People will die.

I’m not ashamed to admit it was pure dumb luck and network. I connected with an old high school friend in college and we started a D&D group then she invited a guy she dated briefly who became a regular player and then his company had an opening for a programmer/analyst and he got me an interview.

This is the inherent problem. My wife and I are not on the same page - I’m mostly “let’s consider Canada” and she’s “we stay and we fight for our kids sake and other folks sake” and I can’t say she’s morally wrong obvs, but practical? I can be much more morally right w/o Nazi guns aimed@ my family.
