Donald Trump just bombed a hospital on Christmas. But a cashier at Target said "Happy Holidays" to me when I was doing a return this morning. I have never felt more politically homeless.

I love that he's explaining the housing crisis from the landlord perspective
Trump: If we build more housing, the price of homes will go down, and homeowners will lose their wealth.

Never ever ever support any kind of public funding for sports stadiums.

If the billionaire owners want a new stadium, they can pay for it out of pocket
The Kansas City Chiefs are set to receive $1.8 BILLION from the state of Kansas for a new $3B football stadium 🏈 socialize the cost, privatize the profits, baby 🙌🇺🇸

I don't think free speech on campus ought to mean that a young coddled bigot gets to use their ignorance to casually destroy the career of a knowledgeable trans person on a random Wednesday
Worth noting that the student admits that she just threw the thing together in 30 minutes without reading the paper she was supposed to be responding to.

More state-sponsored capitalism. This time, the government dictates capital return.
Trump: "We're also going to be talking about buybacks. They spend so much money on buybacks. They want to buy back their stock. I don't want them to buy back their stock. I want them to put the money in plant and equipment so they can build these planes fast, rapidly, like, immediately."

I ran into an issue last week at work with Blazor. I was going to write up a blog post about how I solved it, but found that when I tried to re-create it as a test app, the error was handled seamlessly.

Now I want to know what made me have to jump through some small hoops to solve the issue at work

FYI, if you're outside the US, you can come here and just collect $3,000
Kristi Noem makes an announcement on Fox & Friends: "We are saying that if you voluntarily want to go home now to your country, if you're in the US illegally, we'll give you $3,000 through the holidays to send you home. We'll buy you a ticket, give you $3,000 to go home."

The most impressive thing about Bari is her ability to violate ethical principles while indignantly claiming to defend them.
Weiss concluded: “We need to be able to make every effort to get the principals on the record and on camera. To me, our viewers come first, not a listing schedule or anything else. And that is my North Star, and I hope it's the North Star of every person in this newsroom.”

Whelp, guess I'm not going to be watching #StarTrek Starfleet Academy. I was looking forward to it, but I'm not giving CBS/Paramount any money while Bari Weiss and company shred their news reporting for political gain.

My boycott & protest might be small potatoes, but I'll be able to sleep at night

So Bari Weiss’s first real editorial intervention at CBS is to repress coverage of American concentration camps.

FINAL: Eagles 29, Commanders 18.

The Eagles advance to 10-5 and clinch the NFC East title.

They're the first back-to-back division champions in two decades and have won the division in three of the past four years.

The Eagles have reached the playoffs in all five seasons under Nick Sirianni.

Breaking news: The Trump administration plans to shift the federal government away from directly recommending most vaccines for children and suggest parents consult with doctors to make their own vaccine choices.
U.S. plans to stop recommending most childhood vaccines, defer to doctors
The plan, which is not finalized, suggests children get fewer shots and shifts to a model telling parents to consult doctors to make their own vaccine choices.
