Nigel Farage has been a lifelong racist. He's been a racist since his school days. David Lammy was forced to apologise for saying Farage flirted with the Hitler Youth - but what do you call it when someone sings Hitler Youth songs? Read Chloe Deakin's letter on Farage's fascism and racism at school.

Sunday roast chicken leftovers round 1 was a risotto using stock made from the carcass and some of the roast chicken meat plus bacon and leeks. Looks basic but was so nicely balanced and there was a hint of flavours from the herby spices on the skin.

Had a whole day in the office for a huge away day thing (they still call them away days even though they are half in our offices). Hip and back totally fucked.
But the good news is that I didn't punch anyone or get myself sacked for my opinions! Trust me, this is an achievement! 😁😁😁😁

My aunt who famously can’t cook tried to make a pumpkin pie. She didn’t know what cloves were, so she put garlic cloves in it. Whole.

When I was 4, I fell through a weird gap in the stair railing into the large pan of turkey drippings. It took my mom over a week to get all the grease out of my hair.

If multiple people can remember someone being horribly racist, even by the appalling low bar of the racist 1970s, that is entirely noteworthy.

As an adult Farage fanboyed Enoch Powell - the most infamous racist of the 1960s - and long cited him as his political hero.

And that's noteworthy too.

If you can't cook for shit, it's better to bring a good shop-bought dish, I'd say
Buy a better quality item or something that's special. Leave it in the packaging in case someone needs to ck out ingredients.

The person doing the job when I joined on a 3 month contract left within 2 weeks of my joining AND it was a job I'd been interested for years so I volunteered to take over it along with what I was originally employed for. Stayed with them for 4.5 years!

This is not a sarcastic question, it is genuine:

How come when people have a baby they don't name it for days or weeks? You've had 9+ months to come up with two names. One boy one girl. What gives?

I'm an educator and don't claim to be perfect. I have forgotten names, or taken too long to learn them. It's difficult when you meet a large number of new students at the same time. But deliberately changing someone's name because you find it "difficult" is totally unacceptable.
'Teacher refuses to learn my real name so I got revenge'
