Honestly, I think all 3 US races are now doing what they need to do. Miami didn't get a 15-year contract by chance, it's a round people ROLL OUT for in terms of business. And Vegas will iron out its local complaints and push on. (Helps the latter's actually had good racing too.)

The results of multiple generations of military personnel raised on playing Call of Duty and Battlefield. And with the DoD using these games and their aesthetic as recruiting tools, then it's no wonder that soldiers/sailors/airmen see these people as nothing more than NPCs.
I'll tell you why the regime keeps blowing up small Venezuelan boats. Because they think it's fun. This is no different than a video game to them. They don't see the passengers on the boats as human. Going after "drug cartels" is just their excuse to kill for fun. They are evil children.
