I didn't really get past 'What's the point of Keir Starmer' first time I read this.
What’s the point of Keir Starmer employing an economics advisor if he ignores her on the biggest economic issue of the day?

Browsing UK Oxfam shop poetry online and dear god, why do people let me do this? There should be a law.

I'm looking for Deborah Digges. No luck. She's impossible to find––new, second hand, written on napkins, graffiti-ed on walls––she's nowhere.

Finding other things obvs. 📚📚📚 Please make me stop.

50 seats is just the beginning - but the Green Party needs funds to make this happen and billionaire lobbyist bribes aren't welcome here. So it's up to us. Pitch in a few quid and help the power of hope and justice grow. www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/hopeishere

I, for one, am not having anything to do with charities and organisations that claim to be serving girls and/or women but exclude trans women.

All of this has played out in public, in full view, for years now. It's always boggled my mind that people didn't seem to notice. Will they notice now?
We kept the receipts. These comments, taken together, paint a picture of the man he is today.

Writing has been hard recently, my courage is low. So today I'm basking in other gratitudes - a new editing project coming my way, a book deal for one of my clients, a series of writing workshops I've been asked to do. It all feeds my own writing, opens my mind. There's always something to learn. 🙏

Wes Streeting wants the NHS to use Palantir. Some NHS trusts already are, others are in the planning stages. It's dangerous, self-destructive and honestly terrifying. Please take a look and consider contacting your local NHS trusts and Streeting himself. 🙏 notopalantir.goodlawproject.org

Glorious walk today around the beautiful Derwent and Howden reservoirs. I was feeling snarly and cooped up, and this made me so happy. I am grateful every day to live so close to the #PeakDistrict. 💙 It feeds my soul.

We were pleased to be able to support this event at Barnsley Library today, Claire Throssell talking with @michellerawlins.bsky.social about her book For My Boys. An emotional story with a determination for justice, with the law scheduled to be changed to offer protection for children.

I am ridiculously irritated by headlines saying - 'This-or-that celebrity is [living a life/adopting a cat/wearing clothes] –– here are the 6 things you need to know.'

Actually I don't. I don't need to know anything about them at all, thanks.

Can we make clickbait redundant again?
