I am not religious please do not @ me but I have gone to candlelight service on Christmas Eve a handful of times because it’s just kind of nice!
However I spend the entire time eyeballing my candle and how soon the wax is gonna start really dripping on me. Do real Christians not worry?

It’s no coincidence that Jesus’s primary metaphors for ministry were not soldiers, hunters, or builders,
But shepherds, farmers, and fisherman.
The humility. The unpredictability. The chaos. The waiting. None of it means we failed.
