Sex and the City characters are tiresome. What I want to know is Which Bewitched Witch Would You Be?

I’m trying to get down to my birth weight.

I enjoy being annoyed so I looked up the books. It's obviously and maybe intentionally fake, but I think it's maybe the only reading list that includes Richard Bach and Bertrand Russell.

That said, I wish she read Will Durant for real.

It’s going to be hilarious when Zaslav lists independence of news assets as a reason why he ultimately accepts the $NFLX offer.

I've had the theme song to The Mary Tyler Moore Show (also featured in the movie Christine) stuck in my head for 3 days and I'm not even really all that pressed about it. Those horns lowkey whip. I might need to make a big beat remix of it.

If you made businesses criminally liable for negligent disclosure of PII you would have a lot fewer businesses needlessly storing it. Parking lots aren't doing this to provide exceptional parking experiences, they're doing it to sell data to brokers.

I have no way of explaining why, but Quentin Tarantino and Billy Corgan basically share 1 spot in my memory. In my mind they're pretty much the same guy.

I love Brad with my whole chest and there is no doubt he should be the next Congressman for NY10.

More importantly you cannot convince me that's not Fred Armisen 25 seconds into the spot.
I’m running for Congress because we need leaders who will fight, not fold. I recognize this moment, and I’m ready to meet it. #FightDontFold #LanderForNYC #LanderForCongress

Movie you’ve watched more than six times with a gif. Hard mode: no Stars (Wars nor Trek), LOTR, or Marvel, Disney Animated or Pixar.

Is casually dropping Tarkovsky in conversation a red flag? Because it’s a flag, and ain’t a green one. I need a vexillologist but for Guys.

Gonna need a biopic starring Jesse Plemons on my desk by the end of Q3 2027. Thanks.

I wish I could do more than sound like a Cassandra, but this is coming/already here and there's not really anything you can do about it. And this is just the consumer version.
We're not ready for the privacy implications of RF Sensing. Especially since it can be activated via software with no new hardware required. Today it can determine motion and eventually provide presence detection using Wi-Fi, ZigBee or other radios. Updates could provide even more details.
Next step for Hue MotionAware: presence detection - Hueblog.com
Hue MotionAware could become even better in the future and also detect presence, as founder George Yianni reveals.

Not the point, but did my guy roast that turkey in an Eazy-Bake oven? Gas station hot dog-roller-ass turkey looking like hand-me-down luggage. No chance that dry-ass bird gives him salmonella so I hope he chokes on bone fragments.
Hey, we saw you from across the bar and really dig your vibe.

I once asked a bookseller at a large indie store how many people would have to buy a book for it to get the attention of the store buyer and cause an additional order and they said: Three.
I see some book piracy discourse, and, to make a positive argument in favor of buying books, your marginal ability to influence what books get published and support the careers of writers you like is massive compared to most other forms of media.

There's lot of lamenting about an indie-sleaze revival, but the distance between now and 2006 is the same as between the release of Grease and its setting in 1959.

You're old, so what. At least your youth is a cultural curiosity and not forgotten.

I'm listening to a podcast where a host compares Zeus to Harvey Weinstein. Which, fair I suppose, given that the context is the intemperate raping. But still, I feel that's bit generous to Harvey.
