This is a goddamn travesty
Famously traffic-infested Los Angeles forces the parents of HALF A MILLION STUDENTS to drive them to school in private vehicles rather than providing universal bus service which would a) REDUCE TRAFFIC and b) return time to parents to work/care/clean/maintain/be productive citizens
One of the major reasons we are here right now is that the white electorate does not reward politicians for making their lives better if that improvement also benefits non-white people.

re-enter. it’s called a diaeresis, and it’s used to indicate when a double vowel is split across two syllables, as opposed to one, like “beep”. i wish more people would use them. they make english spelling slightly less terrible
