Concur. What he can’t control with his corrupt puppets, he will take by force. He won’t be happy until he has taken all of Ukraine and the Baltics and installed puppet leaders in Washington, London, Paris and Berlin. Ukraine’s bravery is saving us all.
There's only two points to understanding current US–Russia relations.

1. Russia's war began in 1999; Ukraine is only the middle of Putin's plans. He can't move on to the next phase without first mobilizing Ukraine's massive resources and strategic location.

Just a periodic reminder.
Wish people would stop saying Trump has done a U-turn on Ukraine. He does this every few weeks. Putin then makes a violent point of ignoring him. Trump's alleged change of heart is just a prelude to his next humiliation by Putin.

Fun fact: I went to b-school with him.
Never spoke to him.
But classmates who knew him are convinced he was a spy. This was 98-2000.
Most know Kirill Dmitriev as the Russian president’s envoy. But to more than 200 investors in Ukraine, he is known for taking part in a Kyiv real estate project that ended in a fraud and criminal case. Using articles from 2011, I was able to find more details. 🧵Thread:

45 years ago I made a pitch for the Director-General job. Didn’t get it – mind you, I was only 13. But I did get a reply from Ian Trethowan, who was DG at the time. All these years later I’m proud to work for the BBC.

This thread's hypothesis is my guess as well.
What follows, of course, is that Marco Rubio should resign in protest if he had any balls (he doesn't).
It appears that somebody instructed Marco Rubio to go along with the story unfolding and it looks to me that this resulted from the following chain of events. I will lay it out here:

US Secretary of State admits that the "28 point plan" for peace in Ukraine was a Russian document.

From Sen King: "The leaked 28-point plan, which, according to Sec Rubio, is not of the administration's position--it is essentially the wish list of the Russians."-PBS

For the grammar and spelling inclined markup-warriors amongst us.
There's been so much dunking on the excerpt, and parts are v indulgent! But there's a pattern to what's wrong with it that illustrates what she claims to care about.

So I did a line edit of the whole thing (you can read that at the link below) and an editor memo.
