Anyway, the cheesecake I made yesterday turned out MID at best and that definitely means I suck as a human being. Because everything we do should be judged by output. Graded, ideally.

I want to be paid to do a new hobby everyday. Like a school schedule: baking on Monday, cooking on Tuesday, gardening, reading, crafting, etc. I KNOW this is just retirement but what’s the likelihood of that actually happening.
I wish I was a better baker. I LOVE the feeling of baking but my outcomes are always less than satisfactory. I usually walk away knowing why I did wrong, but I don’t care to bake regularly enough to bake the recipe again. 😤 The curse of Jack of all trades, master of none.

Attended #AEW Worlds End, still thinking about what an experience that thing was. I went in a Mox fan, and while I knew he cut a face promo off TV, I figured I’d be in the minority. The Fletcher match started ROUGH for Mox and the room felt like we were watching the massacre I certainly had expected
