Something important to understand about ICE thugs in the Twin Cities is that they're harassing innocent kids and parents at bus stops and schools every single day. Even after the Pretti shooting. It's terrorism.

After being held in two of them as a boy, I fought for decades urging America to never again build concentration camps and put human beings in them. It breaks my heart to watch this happen twice now in my own lifetime.

noticed a trend this week where both the right and some liberals have been like "just realized the left actually means what they say about stuff"
James O’Keefe responds to a comment

“Figured they (ICE protesters) were being paid…”

O’Keefe:

“No, it's more terrifying than that. It's not transactional.

They actually believe in their cause.

That truth is going to be hard for most people to understand or accept.”

i used to be an EMT.

when i responded to an Officer Involved Shooting for the first time, i arrived between 5 and 10 minutes after the shots.

2 GSWs on arm and leg. The officers already had a tourniquet on each limb and had packed the leg shot.

in that moment, the cop (shooter) SAVED HIS LIFE

A lot of Dems are going to take Bovino and Noem being fired as the finish line, and it's very important to make it clear to them that it is a starting line

I continue to believe that the fastest way to get Stephen Miller fired is to convince Trump that Miller's ICE operations are what cost him the Nobel Peace Prize.

Pretty much everyone on IG who has been carefully quiet about politics is speaking out.

It’s. Weird.

I’m not on there all that much, but I think people have finally been given social permission to say the uncomfortable thing.

I think they realize not speaking up will be read as acceptance.

ICE murdered Renée Good in broad daylight. Less than 3 weeks later, they killed Alex Pretti, shooting him 10 times. Every day, we watch as people are ripped from their cars, their homes, their lives.

We can't allow ourselves to look away from this cruelty. Abolish ICE.

its important to be able to focus this because, however those tactics could look, they wont work in a modern US.

what protesters are doing here is largely counter-terrorism. patrols, check in times, training among neighbors, etc.

in a very real way, the call to serve is being held by the people
MAGA military geniuses are talking about Minnesota protestors like they are the Iraqi insurgency, the Taliban, and the Viet Cong all rolled into one.

DA Bregman: If ICE comes in without a warrant, without reasonable suspicion, without probable cause, that is false imprisonment in New Mexico. You can’t confine, restrain, or detain someone without proper legal authority to do so. And there’s no exception for law enforcement.
