So Bondi and Kash make a big deal out of arresting the J6 pipe bomber then the guy confesses that he is a Trump supporter who thought the 2020 election was stolen and his lawyer is arguing that Trump’s broadly-worded J6 blanket pardon applies to him and he should go free. Poetry.

I greeted the day by wondering how many people Trump will kill today, how many neighbors will be kidnapped, how many people will show up to their Citizenship ceremonies only to be turned away, and how many families will be broken up and scattered?

One of the reasons I think it’s also essential to not call the boat strikes “war crimes” but “crimes against humanity,” is that it emphasizes that Trump and Hegseth are acting extra-constitutionally and are not entitled to any shield from the courts. This systematic murder of civilians is illegal.

Every single congressional Democrat needs to be out there, right now, insisting that Pete Hegseth resign right now and announcing that he will be held accountable for committing war crimes.
