I'll never understand how so many people got conned into hating the idea of universal healthcare.
Say you pay 20% more in taxes.
Your employer pays you more because no insurance.
You never see a doctor, lab or out of network specialist bill again.

It's been over two years since I left Twitter and I'm not gonna pretend BlueSky doesn't have its issues. But I'm so glad I left that hellsite and I am very grateful for all of my comic pals I've reunited with his on this site since then.

I saw a quote from the Klarna guy recently saying that people taking out loans to pay for groceries doesn’t signal an economic crisis, but is rather a positive sign that people are more interested in “liquidity management,” which is what credit cards allow. And what harm have those done ever!
