Going herb only certainly has me at a good weight but yeah without strength training I’m losing muscle. Don’t see how I’m gonna stay healthy without finally getting over my gym phobia; squats alone ain’t cuttin’ it lol.

Yeah bro i stopped drinking entirely and the difference was minimal. 20 years ago, if i stopped drinking for a month, i would look like an athlete. Now i look like a healthy 53 year old and i haven't had a deink in months (at least?) lol
This part really opens your eyes. I’m telling my PCP, “I lift heavy, I job, I play pickleball, I hike and I limited my alcohol, yet I’m not seeing a decrease in belly fat.” When she said, “We need to test your testosterone levels,” I didn’t realize how much that affects how my body responds to work.
And i always wanted to be "bigger." So at first the weight was "fun." But the heavier breathing, joint pain, and being tired all the time wasn't. Again, IT WAS NOT THE WEIGHT THAT CAUSED IT. The weight was a symptom. Even after exercise and diet changes, i still couldn't really get lean anymore.

Some people thought that genocide should be a red line for a party's politics. If both parties think that it isn't, why is anything else not on the table? Why wouldn't they collude on anything else horrible?
Calling the Democrats “cowards” suggests that they're scared to do what's right when they show no fervent interest in being an opposition. They're largely colluders, not cowards. Many want their base to think they're cowards to maintain investment in the idea that they can be pushed to do better.
