Die Typen die derzeit "für" die USA verhandeln, verhandeln ihre eigenen Wirtschaftsinteressen mit ihren Gegenübern. Wo auf der anderen Seite keine Demokratien sind, ist der Verhandlungspartner oftmals zugleich privater Vertragspartner. Folgerichtig zielt die NSS vor allem auf Demokratien/EU.
Natürlich wird diese neue Nationale Sicherheitsstragie der USA nicht ab morgen in Politik gegossen.
Dafür ist die Trump Administration viel zu inkompetent.
Es wird also - wie üblich - anders kommen.
