This is out of control, and definitely not deescalation.
ICE chased an unarmed US citizen for legally filming, boxed in her car, pulled guns, dragged her out, injured her, handcuffed her, and began driving her toward a detention facility with no warrant. A lawyer was called and the local police chief intervened, took custody of her, and drove her home.

There are descriptions from the officer, over several interviews of the girl, of her pulling her knees up on the chair, drawing doodles, & the officer high-fiving her to keep her calm as she speaks of horror.
