I didn't mean to, but I opened a funding claim useless colleague had processed and it was missing the required evidence.

So i checked the others he'd done today and half of them were wrong. it's probably only a 20 minute job to check any others he's done so someone can chase up the evidence...

I actually kind of want to put up a Christmas tree this year but my mother (who is increasingly inclined to visit me now she's lonely and widowed) will be so utterly scathing and mock it.

And it's sad, because it really isn't worth the debate with her to put it up and arguing about her response.

It's Monday and I'm currently at negative 11 motivation.

A project I worked hard on in the proposal stage may be going live soon.

Our team is short handed, so I won't be working on the implementation, as we're losing two people, one immediately and one soon, leaving just me and useless colleage

Just got to remember that I'm incrementally inching towards my goals.

This week's squats were 4 sets of 4 at 75, 80, 85 and 80. Four week's ago it was 5 sets at 70, 70, 75 75 75.

This week's deadlifts were 5 sets of 4 at 90.

Four weeks ago it was 80, 85, 85, 90, 90.

Slow progress counts.

When a chatbot gets something wrong, it’s not because it made an error. It’s because on that roll of the dice, it happened to string together a group of words that, when read by a human, represents something false. But it was working entirely as designed. It was supposed to make a sentence & it did.

If you've updated to Windows 11 recently, you're probably on version 25H2.

There's a new setting in Settings: Privacy & Security.

Scroll aaaaaaaalll the way to the bottom and you'll see "Text and Image Generation."

TURN IT OFF.

I have had an unreasonably shitty morning. I was pulled over at 6:30 this morning on the way to gym because apparently my car rego is suspended.

I have no idea why (it's paid) and now my car is stranded on the side of the road in an industrial park and I have a $1018 fine coming.

I feel utterly pathetic in saying this but sometimes I am deeply jealous of friends who got the basic social skills and ability to flirt/recognise flirting package, rather than overly serious presumed AuDHD with social problems package because being single is very very difficult.
