Cambodian Defense Ministry spokesperson: Thai troops opened fire on Cambodian forces at Prolean Thmor, Choam Ksant, Preah Vihear this afternoon. Cambodian troops did not return fire and contacted the Thai side immediately. Thai forces stopped firing after 17 minutes.

This morning seven of us appeared, self-represented, as applicants in a constitutional challenge against the mandatory death penalty for drugs in Singapore. Apart from the substantive arguments, we also had to argue that we had standing to bring the challenge.
