Cambodian Defense Ministry spokesperson: Thai troops opened fire on Cambodian forces at Prolean Thmor, Choam Ksant, Preah Vihear this afternoon. Cambodian troops did not return fire and contacted the Thai side immediately. Thai forces stopped firing after 17 minutes.
