One of the MN "assault" cases, against Nitzana Belle Flores, has been downgraded to a misdemeanor. She was charged for, basically, charging Border Patrol at the EXCEEDINGLY problematic raid of Roosevelt High School the same day as the Renee Good shooting.

"Judge Blackwell had ordered the SHOW CAUSE hearing because he was frustrated that in 5 Habeas cases he was presiding over, he felt his orders were being ignored, leaving immigrant detainees unconstitutionally locked up for days. Ms. Le said that govt lawyers just cannot keep up."
In all sincerity, we know that they're going to try to use cases getting thrown out like this to delegitimize Article III courts and the rule of law generally.

A white man in Dillard, Oregon was arrested for stopping people on the freeway to demand at gunpoint that they tell him if they were citizens. He shot and missed one + attempted to get another in his truck to bring to police. Before his spree, he called local PD to complain about "foreign" people.

If you haven't read this yet you should. And you should show it to everyone who refuses to use the word concentration camp or who tries to argue that "detention" camps are fine if we just do it "humanely." There's no such thing as a humane concentration camp and you can't reform them.
