When rich ppl self deputize and tell poor ppl to abstain they apply things differently to the poor than themselves. For poor ppl abstaining means being denied housing, toiletries, daily comfort that makes ppl feel human. When they abstain they're like "I'll buy less coffee & luxury cars"
I'm tired of being told to just abstain when they never say that to rich ppl and God as my witness, I been abstaining for years. They keep pricing me further and further out of being able to exist.

Ppl want to get mad like u just "let" emergencies stacked up. When the truth is that nobody helps until it's already an emergency. For some reason there's no such thing as anything premptive. Just disaster capitalism and responding to crisis.

If services require that ur already in the deficit to help then it's foolish to condemn ppl for not "preparing" when all "help" contracts ur ability to get out the deficit. It keeps ppl reliant.

All the local resources we have also don't help until AFTER you already have resources shut off. (Which we already exhausted with the plumbing emergency).

Yolo often stands with his little back toes crossed, which I find ridiculously cute!
You can see vultures don't have bulky feet and talons built for grasping/carrying like other raptors. Their more chicken-like feet are meant for bracing on food to pull at it with their powerful beaks, instead.
