I'm as old as Farage.
I attended a tough Comp in NE England at a time & place of endemic casual bigotry.
At 14, I thought Hitler was cool.
Then, in History, we studied the Holocaust. A class of rowdy working-class kids went deathly silent. None of us thought Nazism cool after that.
Farage is scum.
Not sure this justification cuts it, for two reasons. Firstly, the TV shows were pretty offensive, but I don't think any had "gas the Jews" or hissing noises as punchlines. Also, the most damaging aspect of the claims is that Farage's comments were intended to bully, not "banter", however misplaced.

London is the safest city I’ve ever lived in. Every other American I know that lives here feels the same way simply by virtue of the lack of gun violence.

Any pundit or public figure (often taking gulf $) trying to paint this city as crime-ridden is plainly wrong and probably lying to you.

Qesser Zuhrah and Amy Gardiner-Gibson have been on hunger strike for 46 days.

They are at serious risk of death.

They are in prison because the UK would prefer to lock up young opponents of mass murder than stop facilitating genocide.

The Home Secretary must intervene.

I'm going to phrase this as diplomatically as possible. The government of Israel is overstocked with corrupt, dreadful assholes. This is not a justification for you to be an antisemitic asshole. Saul from Sheboygan is not Itamar Ben-Gvir. Be cool and be decent people, yes?

The genocide isn’t over.

Israel may have slowed the rate of direct killings using bombs & guns, but the indirect killings continue unabated.

As does the Israeli-engineered “debate” in the West, designed to obscure and excuse the mass murder of Gaza’s population

Israel's biggest con trick: Hiding the true numbers it has killed in Gaza
Israel has penned us all into a 'debate', one entirely divorced from reality, that relates only to those killed directly by its bombs and gunfire – not the genocide it is waging by other means

You cannot commit genocide,bomb5 countries and escape the judgment of history
You cannot starve an entire people and expect the world to stay silent
Being against Israel’s war crimes is not Anti-Semitism
It is not because of religion, but because of what Israel chose to do

my great-grandparents arrived in the UK in the 1890s with nothing.
they sold pickles from the front room window, took in laundry, worked as tailors.
their children were nurses, teachers, salesmen.
their grandchildren were professors, designers, opticians, doctors, magistrates, entrepreneurs.
This is so disgusting.

One of the main causes of the bovine TB epidemic is piss-poor animal husbandry. Culling badgers is totally unscientific.
It's in the category of "something must be done; this is something".
It also appeals to the lovers of guns and violence demographic, always strong in rural areas.
TB is a cattle problem! Leave Badgers out of it!
