Deform UK’s Gorton & Denton hopeful Matt Goodwin claims half of the residents in London’s social housing are not "British".

The actual figure is around 14%.

Never let the facts get in the way of a good dog whistle to your core supporters who aren't even affected by a meaningless statistic.

Dear US federal agents, the 1765 case of Entick v Carrington on warrants being required to enter properties was decided *before* your revolution and so forms part of your common law too.
ICE is now claiming it can arrest people without a warrant.

This comes after another internal memo asserting ICE agents can forcibly enter homes without a judicial warrant.

Hello? Democrats cannot let these blatantly unconstitutional actions continue. Not another penny for ICE.

A quaint, wrong but influential opinion has long circulated in London (and elsewhere): that British capitalism is purer and less "corporatist" than its continental counterparts. The Mandelson scandal ought to be the final nail in that particular coffin.
New Epstein emails show Peter Mandelson secretly advising JPMorgan’s CEO on how to fight Labour’s 2009 bankers’ bonus tax - even suggesting he “mildly threaten” the Chancellor.

Mandelson was Business Secretary at the time.

A year later, he was seeking work with JPM.

Presenting mass expulsions and ethnic cleansing as just a policy in the same way as putting a penny on income tax is in itself abhorrent. As the bill is worded, we are talking about capturing and exiling hundreds of thousands of innocent people, many ripped out of families that stay behind.

It's rare to see how lobbyists operate. But the Epstein-Mandelson correspondence shows us what happens all the time: plutocrats and government ministers conspiring against the public interest. This is why all lobbying should be in the public domain, but despite Labour and Con promises, it's not. 🧵

This is absolutely insane. Trump isn’t even trying in the least bit to cover up his corruption. He might as well just start making withdrawals directly from the U.S. Treasury. Pam Bondi can literally just settle this case and hand Trump billions of the American taxpayers dollars. 😡

That some of the world's wealthiest and most powerful men were writing crime e-mails to crime man Epstein on gmail suggests two non-exclusive things:

a) Our meritocracy isn't all it's cracked up to be;

b) Our overlords operate at levels of arrogance & impunity that make consequences unimaginable.

Epstein shows elite impunity is real. Across borders, they have little interest in political partisanship. They are above it. They are interested in maintaining their positions of exploitation and use politics, nationalism, culture, to protect shared material interests.

Guess what.

Marx was right.

History shows a pattern here.

When governments begin criminalizing the observation of dissent—using technical oversteps as justification—it’s often a warning sign. We’ve seen similar patterns precede press crackdowns in countries like Turkey, Russia, and Myanmar.

This hatred gradually developed: from ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder.
