If I fall asleep right now—at 3:37 a.m.—I can get about three and a half hours of sleep. #insomnia In other news, Dio (my cat) is curled up against my arm, which is slightly unusual behavior for her. 😻

As a person in US Eastern time, can confirm.

(But of course, I know better!)
swear to god as soon as U.S. Eastern Time folks are confronted with the existence of people in other time zones, their brains completely stop working: "so remind me, are you 3 hours ahead of me? or behind me?" wow, that's a tough one – does the sun rise in the west & set in the east? or vice versa?

This magnificent creature killed a cockroach tonight. Good kitty! Unfortunately the victim is now lying on my living room floor. I'm now waiting for a neighbor to come home and dispose of the body.

I really don't care much about baseball, but I was in Toronto earlier this week, and this app is good at sports. So, congrats to the Dodgers and well played to the Blue Jays.

I used Lyft yesterday for the first time and they awarded me the "Marathoner" badge for having traveled 5 miles with them. Obviously they have no runners on their marketing team. (For those who don't know, a marathon is 26.2 miles.)

Oooh, the Toronto subway is just like New York's! An "unauthorized person on the tracks" and power has been cut. Good thing I'm not in a hurry.
