Im sorry but I can't agree with this. Look at Mamdani. He centred trans rights and was hugely successful. People need to hear their candidate saying positive things about all minorities including trans people.

It is absolutely imperative that collectively, we build a bsky appview that is hosted and managed outside of the United States. This is absolutely critical, and we needed to have this months ago. No US staff, no US banking. I can't stress how critical I consider this.

A point I just realised about the Darlington Judgment if confirmed. If having a changing room (even with cubicles) open to the opposite sex is indirectly discriminatory, then all gender neutral changing rooms are indirect discrimination. That is an even harder to argue PMOAALA on the basis of this.

I think people need to donate here. That said, some of our lawyer brethren should be helping here because this sounds like that would be just as much if not more relevant and helpful here. This is not my speciality, otherwise I would do it.
