If this isn’t a solid argument for a massive rise in the NMW, nothing is.

Insane amount mate. We were watching them come in to land for about 15 minutes they were covering the sky.

Right so some of you know I have beat Prostate cancer a couple of times.

I’ve been diagnosed with Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm on my pancreas

Unsure what it’s all about I just have to wait for a Consultants appointment coming through 🤷

Google is unhelpful as I don’t have all the facts

I could never stand Gary Neville.

Or Gary Linekar for that matter.

Amazing how quickly that can change when they show out how they are actually pretty damn decent human beings

Agree completely. I always say Independence first, then we can argue over the politics.

He did indeed, as has Stephen Flynn and Humza before before them been very vocal.

I think the SG can be proud of themselves (Angus Robertson’s major faux pas aside).

Sadly they are very much in the minority.😞

@johnswinney.bsky.social called early for a Gaza ceasefire, condemned civilian deaths, backed humanitarian aid, urged UKgov peace action, supported Palestine and welcomed injured children from Gaza to Scotland for hospital treatment.scotgov has no power to sanction Israel as reserved power of UKgov

Genuine question buddy, what’s the alternative?
andy-s-64.bsky.social
Yes, yes. All very lovely.

But what’s the plan when London says ‘no’?

Swinney was in charge the last time they flunked a referendum on independence with a lilly livered half baked offering.

Why is repeating the same mistakes anything to get excited about?

SNP are going to fail us again.

I think we need a balance between both.

Psychologically there are those that will swing to Yes because of the positives, there are those who will swing to Yes because of the negatives and then there are those who will swing if they can literally be convinced the price of bread will go down.

Rather than fight the 2026 election on what Independence can do for Scotland we need to lead on what we all stand to lose if we stay in the UK. Different circumstances nowadays but in many ways much clearer.....Nicola Sturgeon in her book reckoned that was a weakness of the 2014 campaign !

I can give a more succinct summary of the Reform party:
They're a bunch of cunts.

Agreed. Instead of the question

"Should Scotland be an Independent Country?"

perhaps it could be something similar to

"Should Scotland cease to be governed by Westminster?"

Why was it necessary to state this regarding Slippy G 👇:I reckon it was to try and stop a riot
Those discussions were thought to have gone well but, while the 45-year-old is believed to be open to returning to Ibrox at some stage and the club are of a similar mind, it will not be in the near future.
