I've been a brownie leader for 14 years and the cowardly decision girlguiding has made to exclude trans girls makes me sick to my stomach. They are teaching trans girls that they are less important than lawsuits and teaching cis girls to exclude anyone different. It's abhorrent and gutless.

I did initially feel awful about clipping footage from the Banana Fish AI dub but since they removed it *and* it’s now apparent they didn’t have permission to do it in the first place, I do now feel it’s important to have some video evidence remaining of what they fuckin did.

We were attacked by fascists on Saturday.
On Saturday, the Aberdeen Trades Union Council held its annual St Andrew's Day parade along with community groups and refugees. It was explicitly a march against fascism, so we were expecting fascists to show up. And they did.

This is an excellent point. If someone grows and grows and grows, but it's causing them discomfort or even pain, we would try and address that as a problem.
This should be the same for companies as well.

GROWTH SHOULD NEVER BE THE MARKER OF SUCCESS. HAPPY STAFF MEMBERS AND HAPPY CUSTOMERS IS THE ONLY REAL MARKER OF SUCCESS.
And you only get those things by focusing on quality, not growth.
