Weeks after the 1997 landslide Mandelson and flunkies turned up at the opening of a Martin Rowson exhibition at Iain Dale's old bookshop - and Martin did a truly vicious caricature of him as he was standing right there to give to a lady who told him she loved his work but couldn't afford a cartoon.
