Deep alignment between the EU and U.K. could close this hole and deliver GDP growth for both sides. This is worth listening to. Tell him he was right then and to do the right thing now 🎧👇
Starmer is well aware of what needs to be done. Here is what he said when voting for Johnson's UK-EU deal.

Services "a gaping hole", "lack of ambition", "Imperfect", "thin", "a basis to build on".

Share, to show the PM that you back him going further and faster to improve our deal with the EU. ~AA

Trump claims “any document” signed by Joe Biden is “hereby terminated.”

He calls out executive orders later but obviously “any document” would be much broader and include legislation.

(He can’t legally do that but, as always, we get to watch how far he can push this without repercussions)

I wrote this in frustration today. And despair.

The EU was founded to ensure enduring peace on our continent. With Putin creeping ever closer they must put protectionism aside to uphold their key raison d’etre.

have you noticed how Nigel Farage skips straight from Nathan Gill being in UKIP to Nathan Gill being in Reform UK?

not a word about Nathan Gill joining the Brexit Party and being a Brexit Party MEP and GE2019 candidate

It's not often I agree with them but fair play they were bang on money with this one.

Today's 70% fall in net migration to 205,000 was not one of the six stories in BBC ten o'clock news.

Ta massive assymetry in whether rises in immigration and falls in immigration are considered newsworthy by broadcasters

Up by 140k undoubtedly would be.

Not only did we discuss the budget with a primary focus *on the actual budget*, rather than trivial leaks, silly gossip, or ministers' career prospects, but it ended up being a truly superb discussion about budgets generally, short-termism, and the stupidity of not using the best lever - income tax.
