I remember when a lot of people found this out after the pilot episode of Watchmen, thinking it was a fictional story until they looked it up and realized that really happened
The first time terrorists used planes to attack Americans wasn’t on 9/11 or at Pearl Harbor. It was the Tulsa Race Massacre of 1921 when white supremacists flew a dozen planes to drop turpentine or nitroglycerin bombs on Black Americans.

Last week my youngest (19 months) got sick. After it got worse all week I took her to the emergency room. Immediately the had a suspicion of what was making her sick and told us that they suspected leukemia.
Sure enough she has leukemia along with some other less serious complications.

I knew this man and his family and helped with some of his projects and hung out with him a lot. They are such an amazing family and Afa was definitely the best of us. It’s so fucking sad he’s gone, he was such a light and amazing person for the world.
i keep seeing pictures of the man who was killed at the No Kings protest and crying because it’s so fucking unfair to lose such a good person from our community and for his kids and wife to lose a father and husband
