Ken Murphy is Tesco’s UK CEO and the highest paid supermarket boss.

He gets £9,930,000 a year, but is registered to pay tax in the Republic of Ireland.

Yet today he complains about his workers wages being too high.

It is essential to call out every newspaper that is lying. However small, however large. We must not allow them to lie. Whether they call amendments UTurns or as in this piece say Streeting is on manoeuvres. The media are liars.

Jim Ratcliffe went on a racist rant today claiming the UK has been colonised and spreading lies that immigration is 5x higher than it is.

All this coming from a man who claimed to live in Monaco so he could dodge £4bn in tax.

HMRC should bill him, then deport him.

Pam Bondi has been a complete and total failure at her job. The Epstein survivors showed more courage just by being in that room than she did under oath. She refused to answer questions and chose complicity.

America deserves better.

So glad to see George Cottrell being named in parliament yesterday. He was Farage’s head of fundraising when he convicted of an offence related to money laundering & is still close to & funding Farage. Crypto is an urgent democratic threat to the UK
I am deeply suspicious of parties which court cryptocurrency donations, given the potential for money laundering, by organised criminal gangs and malign foreign governments.

Yesterday in Parliament, I rang the alarm bell at Farage's continuing closeness to wire fraud convict George Cottrell.

Ghislaine Maxwell has offered to exonerate Donald Trump in the Epstein case in exchange for clemency. Journalist @carolecadwalla.bsky.social notes this “naked transactionalism” mirrors Jeffrey Epstein’s own business model of running a “global trade in favors” among the rich and powerful.

The Tories just said in the Commons that most working people don't approve of the uplifts to pensions and benefits which Labour are bringing is - as detailed below.

£11bn extra spending direct to the elderly and poorest in society.

Are you a worker? Do you agree with these increases or oppose?
Next this afternoon in the Commons we have two orders being debated:

Guaranteed Minimum Pensions Increase Order 2026
Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 2026

What do these do?

Increase state pension rates 4.8%
Increase most other benefits by 3.8%
Standard formulae applied.
