If we don't push for a generations-long Reconstruction 2.0 to sustain against the obvious racist reaction, all the problems that plague this nation will continue. The premature & violent end to reconstruction 1.0 is still being felt to this day. It only lasted 8 years. 2.0 needs to last at least 80.

Trump's arrest of Don Lemon shows that his "pivot" is an utter farce. As legal experts tell me, this looks appallingly corrupt. Indeed, it's likely this is all about sending a message that Trump isn't deescalating in the slightest.

- Create a new court (complying w/ 6A jury vicinage)
- Give it jurisdiction over defined category of crimes
- Also create dedicated prosecutors for the same
- Strip SCOTUS of appellate jurisdiction
