ParSec won the 2025 British Fantasy Award for Best Magazine/Periodical. I've been lucky enough to have two stories in ParSec over the years and benefitted from Ian Whates's editing. (And not just the insertion of an extra u here or there.) The magazine isn't open for submissions often and it's in the semi-pro pay category, but writers should keep it in mind as a home for their stories.

The African Translation Project is reaching the end of its fundraising push. Sibiya, translated from isiZulu by Sifiso Mzobe and Zvinobvinza (The Crocodile Doesn't Hunt) by Pauline Chirata-Mukondiwa, translated from Shona by Zukiswa Wanner.
