i'm not sure if i've ever hugged a book, mine or otherwise, and if i did, it was a murderbot book (probably network effect). but i do enjoy just holding it and putting it somewhere i can look at (or making a print of the cover art and hanging it on my wall)

I'm seeing people quit social media or drastically scale back because they're tired of being yelled at to do something when they already *quietly* are. And not being quiet about would endanger them. It's exhausting how people really don't seem to get that

Reminder that the most centered, educated, mentally healthy, capable and courageous people in the U.S. are not sitting around constantly monitoring social media. They're out there *doing* things.

This should not be where you go to feel righteous and informed. This is just random people screaming.
