This is a fantastic thread that I know a lot of people who follow me need in their lives right now.
This thread is me sharing how I deal with prioritizing self care when I'm too fatigued or depressed to do self-care but I need to do self-care to stop being fatigued/depressed. Breaking it down to be as simple as possible in case you're on your last brain cell (and therefore most in need of it).

A really cool thing I did this year is that I had obtained a “gastronomic tourism in [region]” pamphlet this summer, so for my holiday shopping I just flipped thru it, visited the online store of every business that had one, and picked my gifts from there. Turns out there is some COOL STUFF locally
A fantastic way to support local this holiday season is to check out local craft fairs and bazaars. Not just at churches and schools! There's one at Grand River Rocks, I'll be at Stanley Park Community Centre tomorrow, there's a bunch at Catalyst, one at WPL, and at cafes etc all over the region!

huzzah! i wrote a total of 4127 words today and smashed my 30k goal for the month! i've got 2.5 chapters left on the novella. it's almost time to write the climax and i'm very excited for that, and wish i had any time at all to write this weekend. #FirstDraftFall
OH COME ON 🤣 i finished a chapter, plugged the word count into trackbear, and this is the bullshit i got 🤣
