As an adoptee, I’m co-signing this because this dude clearly is one of those “I love one Black person but don’t love Black people” kind of adoptive parents. Sending love to those babies who deserve the world.

I cannot even tell you the # of adopters I’ve heard say they chose international adoption precisely bc they believed risk of parents finding their children or kids searching and finding family to be lower to nonexistent. Whether they believed the children to be true orphans or not was irrelevant.
