There is a second implicit argument: nonwhite voters should count for less.
What's changed is that the Court has become more transparent in its corruption. There's not even an argument here beyond the implicit one which is: how do you expect us to hold the House without those seats?

I think about Invincible a lot. I was so so on the Walking Dead comic, but Invincible is has made me a huge Kirkman fan now. I am kinda shocked. Wish I had read it sooner really and the show so far has been better in almost every way. I can't wait to see Thragg.
