I am blessed to have ODSP (as I'd be f'd without it), and to have an apartment that's cheap enough that my needs (and even some of my wants) get covered.

As someone who wrote an embarrassing amount of fanfic as a teen the success of Heated Rivalry is just delicious. It’s just *chef’s kiss* I love it.

I think writing sex and humour are the hardest things to pull off, so kudos to writers who do it well. Also my jury duty summons got cancelled so that immediately improved my mood, I can just read today and tomorrow and not worry.

I have a special disdain for nonvoters. Whenever I say that, some of them angrily reply here, on Bluesky, that it's not their fault the options were not to their liking. Big fucking deal. That's what adulting looks like: choosing the least objectionable option. Because there always is one.
