I've boycotted Black Friday since basically forever. These days, however, it's not so much a choice as it is a necessity for paying rent.
So cool that the courts put this absurd financial and logistical burden on @flibones.bsky.social , on top of the already fucked up stress of being under federal indictment. Help them out. They were fighting for all of us, after all.
@flibones.bsky.social of the Spokane 9 officially has a hearing date and they timed it perfectly to waste their funds with travel expenses :)

On this Trans Day of Remembrance, I feel it's important for everyone to remember that most legacy media is institutionally transphobic, particularly the Atlantic and the New York Times.

Zero votes left to count! It appears Sarah Dixit has won a seat on Spokane City Council by more than 100 votes. Because the percentage difference is more than 1% it will not go to a recount.
