There are so many people living lives of quiet dignity despite horrific medical news or poverty or tragedy where every day they still wake up and try to be good people in the world even as the world pushes against them and it makes me even angrier at the absolute shitheads that rule over things

This is the world’s worst dog. He wreaks multiple kinds of havoc every damn day, and yet… AND YET… here he is, being hand-fed crust from some high end pizza while laying under the goddamned blankets. If you ever wondered what southerners mean when they say “rurnt,” this is it. This dog is RURNT.

I’m buying my daughter (19) a new range for her kitchen. Went to look at options and of the 3 we found in the price range, she chose the winner based on the fact it has a “lasagna” button.
I tried to come up with a counterpoint for her to consider. I failed.
