So what's the deal here, lawyers? This constitutional or not? Because if it's not, then elected leaders need to begin giving residents sharper guidance and wider latitude in how they respond and protect their lives and property amid such terror attacks by masked bandits.

There are so many orgs doing the research and informing policy, and yet here we still are. We need better leaders. How many elections will it take to at least get us to the point where our policies aren't basically “how much violence is acceptable to the general public to advance our cause?”
