As a person who only got an ADHD diagnosis at 22, has an undiagnosed wrist problem that prevents me from writing for more than a couple minutes at a time, and only got proper academic accommodations for the first time at 25, I actually think that anyone who asks for an accomodation should get one.
Balancing "no person with a disability should be denied accommodations" with "it's important to discourage non-disabled people from pretending to be disabled to take advantage of these accommodations" is really difficult and I don't have a great answer for what anyone should do about it.
