In my "geek code" research, it's been really interesting how plural systems (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plural_...) have embraced these codes over time—including the last 5 years—to describe their plurality and headmates. Likewise with soulbonders, fictionfolk, and other folks with alterhuman identity.

Since switching to this new project I've been inundated with people who schedule over my lunch without asking. Part of this is just an artifact of collaborating with an NYC team and trying to align time zones, but boy is it frustrating to have people disregard boundaries as if they weren't there.

As soon as I got back from my month away (October) I got shifted to a new work project. It's high-visibility, it's really interesting, but the end of the day comes around and I am just absolutely mentally and socially exhausted. 😅
