Lane was so bad at pulling double duty in a previous job that Nick Saban made him leave a week early. And that was 1) before the portal existed and 2) when the team he was leaving for was FLORIDA ATLANTIC, which does not recruit in the same waters as Bama. This is just not a serious idea in 2025
