I grew up less than an hour away from Bloomington. The fact that we're even considering whether being the head football coach at IU is preferable to being the head football coach at Penn State and IU is very, very hard to compute (even if it's true!)

What I’m hearing: Penn State’s search starts with Curt Cignetti and Matt Rhule. Both have done amazing jobs at several spots. Rhule is super close with PSU AD Pat Kraft but James Franklin’s “big game issue” is also concerning. Rhule’s lost 17 in a row vs Top 25 teams. www.nytimes.com/athletic/671...
