i did not couch nap either friday or saturday and i’ve been up past 3 am both nights (after getting up at 6:15 am friday and uh, 11:30 am saturday), i’ve still got it

somewhat alarming to walk out the front door of my building at 1:30 am and see a fire truck and an ambulance, i think they brought someone from another building out on a stretcher and i hope the person's okay

if i'm tired anywhere between 9 and 11 pm or so, it's a couch nap. i have to be up at 12:30 am regardless to give my dog medicine and take him out around 1:30 am, then i get in bed and read until i'm ready to fall asleep

(this is for weekends only, weeknights are different)
