I've only told someone to charge what they were worth in direct relation to their work when I was literally paying them for it.
It's good in a vacuum to encourage people to value their rates higher, but guilting someone for taking a low-paying job is not the way to class solidarity. It's just moral policing. Collective issues require collective action, and you need organized groups and systems to drive that momentum. (5/5)
